Delivery Times

We aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery service you choose:

Colissimo 48H delivery : 2 working days.

Mondial Relay delivery : 3 to 4 working days.

Click & Collect withdrawal : on working days, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. You can view the exact shipping costs when finalizing your order.

Colissimo 48H delivery : €9.99

Mondial Relay delivery : €5.99

Click & Collect withdrawal : €0.00 under certain conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track the status of your delivery at any time using the tracking number provided.

Click and Collect Service Conditions

To use the Click and Collect service, you must place an order online via the website.

When ordering, you will need to select the Click and Collect option provided that you are within the accessible perimeter. (see below)

Payment for your order must be made online by credit card at the time of ordering or when collecting your order, we accept several methods of payment (cash, checks, bank transfer).

You can collect your order from Pleine-Fougères, Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To collect your order, you will need to present your order confirmation and a valid ID.

Pick-ups can be made in cities with the following postal codes: 35120, 35610, 35540, 35400, and 50170.

If your zip code is not noted and it remains approximate to my place of work, contact me BEFORE validating your order. We can arrange, but fees may apply.

Return policy

We accept returns within 15 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Initiation of Return : Contact our customer service at dressingbydebo@gmail.com, or by phone at 07.87.16.36.87 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Preparing the Package : Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, with all accessories and documents included.
  3. Return Shipping : Use the return label provided by our customer service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:
